This is the update to version 0.99 Beta 3 of BreakOut.

It fixes quite a few bug, so here goes ( Taken from history.txt ):

Changes from 0.99 B2 to 0.99 B3:

- Added version diplay. Displays : Version number - Hertz
        ( i.e. 'v 0.99 B3 - PAL' )

- Found a bug in the save/load routine: A saved game does not
        'remember' what level package it came from.

- Fixed a bug where the protect bonus could last into the next
        level.
- Fixed two bugs in the laser algorithm.
- Fixed the game to be NTSC compatible.
- Fixed a bug in the teleport routine.

Of all these changes, fixing the game for NTSC support was of course the most important. Now all NTSC amiga's should also be able to play BreakOut! ( Breakout is not changed in any way for PAL users. See the documentation for more information. )
